I was told that my car required a service and although the mileage was low, I assumed it was because it was registered a year ago. When I collected the car I was told the service was not approved by BMW. I have a 2 Yr service and wanted it serviced.

This service was more disappointing than last time as the car was not properly cleaned and no text overview was sent with updates about what have been completed.
Booked car in for fault with radio, and Mini ran diagnosticsHad to book in again for week later for repair. Upon return on my car the SatNav no longer worked as it needed a new code. Had to return car to the garage for a 3rd time. Inconvenient

Service was good, wifi in the branch was not. Used to go to mini in Hook and they have a great video and e- info they send. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The car cleaning felt a bit rushed, but it was done to get me in and out as quickly as possible for my benefit so it's understandable. Also, everything else was great.
Id previously agreed to have a Cooper S for the day as Im considering upgrading from a Cooper. However on the day I was informed that was not possible and given a One. This was a missed opportunity. I have since test driven a TT and GT86.
Delay in obtaining the car. Another network garage would not release a car already manufactured so had to wait to have one built.

I was able to book my Mini in for a check up as there was a error on my dash in a short time period, another dealership quoted an extra week to book it in. The staff were very friendly and assisted me.
Everything was perfect apart from a blip at collection
After my mini was delivered back to me there was a large error message on my dash about my breakers needing imidiate attention. I had to return the car the following day. The mechanic had forgotten after replacing brake pads to re set the computer!

Easy drop off, courtesy car, quick turnaround and a nice little video explaining what had been done. Made the service experience really smooth.
But could be better if the mini uk site was up and running in order to update the media software. Being over 3weeks still not accepting VIN numbers.
Overall the service is ok its the customer service from the staff terrible
