We discovered a faulty rear seat belt, that appeared to lock but didn't (and believe this may have been like this since purchase of the vehicle) and as this is primarily used to secure our grandsons car seat were extremely worried. - answer continued
As above plus it took a long time despite me dropping off first thing and saying I was in a hurry.
Prompt, friendly service
I had asked for the soft top to be cleaned (in advance), it wasn't as they didn't have the product to do it in the day. I didn't receive a summary of the service. I loved the videos that used to be sent.

I had to ring several times to get an update and the car was to be ready at 17.00 when it was only a tyre change. 17.00 is a bad time to drive into and out of Reading. Cooper had had the car for three days whilst trying to source a tyre.

Repair work was completed quickly, however costs need to be looked at in order to improve the likelihood of return customers
I could see my car in the car park so after about 10 mins I had to go and ask if the service was finished, and then waited or an extra 15 min before I got my keys, wasted 25min of my time.
Couldn't find fault with any experience I had during the purchase. Everyone was friendly, made you feel welcomed. Lets hope the after service is just as good.
I was surprised at the attire of the receptionist in the morning & when I came to collect the car in the afternoon, the staff were standing in a large group and I felt intimidated when none of them acknowledged me. Everything else great though!
Very satisfied but please stop addressing communication from Cooper Mini, Reading related to my vehicle to MRS Crossley. MRs Crossley doesn't own the car and did not book it in for MOT or settle the bill !
In all the years of driving my mini I cannot fault the level of service given to me at Cooper Reading. Nothing has ever been too much of a problem to them when dealing with any issues I have ever had with my car
Easy to arrange and service completed on time
Cooper Reading were very good. Easy to book, quick and easy when dropping car off and the same when collecting my MINI later.
The problem was on going so it meant I had to return for the technicians to re-assess my car again which would have been an inconvenience if I wasn't given a courtesy car. The situation was dealt with efficiently and in good time.
Very pleasant staff, very nice showroom, relaxed atmosphere.

The Salesman did more than we expected to satisfy our needs and expectations.
As it was school holidays I could make use of the home collection service. However the fact the delearship will drop customers into Reading but not pick them back up, makes me unlikely to return to this delearship.

At no point was I told there would be a delay or the reason for the delay, this made me late for a meeting.I asked a member of staff if she could give me any information about the roof-top tents, her answer was "I only started on Monday".

The salesman (Kameran) who dealt with my order was fantastic. The problems occurred with the collection of my brand new car -two hours waiting in the showroom/sat nav not connected/terrible valet/only 48 miles of petrol/my private plates not on etc.
Well despite getting the car into your service centre at 8.00am, I was told mid afternoon that it was unlikely to be worked on that day. Only after pointing out that I needed the next day for an appointment was the car made ready around teatime.

Couldn't give 5 stars as my car was ready about an hour later than had been estimated which was a little inconvenient. Everything else was excellent.
Fast and efficient
Because I didn't see the person who dropped off the car would have been nice to have a phone call confirming that everything was okay. Had the paper work in the car but took a while to figure out what had been done.
Staff could not have been more obliging - Ian Kelly in particular found nothing too much trouble.
Completed service on time and car looked brand new
