Car wasn't returned cleaned.The brake fluid light was on when I picked up the car
My wife bought a MINI from Stephanie at Cooper Reading and recommended that I go and see her. Stephanie was efficient and knowledgeable and kept me informed all through the process and of course I love the car!
Made to feel special throughout the process. Nice touch with updates on build following placing my order. Sales team appreciated that buying a car is a big purchase and shared my excitement.

Didnt feel valued. Was given a courtesy car with 0 petrol in it. I didnt want to drive it far but should have been given a car that would get me home and back.

After experiencing a problem with the battery I was able to get an appointment within the week and the problem was solved the day of the service. An added bonus was that the extended warranty covered a portion of it.

I think that some feed back about the progress of the service in this case an MOT would be appreciated. As the car returned to the forecourt and I assumed that it was finished, only to see it disappear again for some time before its final return.

Sales process was excellent, disappointing on collection day, no calls to ensure what time we were coming. We were delayed in leaving and tried to call from 5:55pm to 6:30pm and no answer in the phones when we arrive 5mins late the centre was closed

Did everything on the list
They forgot about my car although as soon as they were aware they fixed it and sent a driver. The car was returned with a partial valet ( the outside was fine, the inside could have been cleaner) and the seal wasnt replaced. Had to be ordered.
Phone calls to say car ready, went to collect and had to wait a further 1.5 hrs, theres only so much coffee you can drink!Also another fault found, but not discussed at time of collection, found out when reading paperwork later.Communications.
