From booking to picking up my car after it's service & MOT, the staff at Cooper Reading Mini were fully customer focused, engaging, friendly, helpful & above all passionate about Mini & my car.George is especially helpful in the service department
Gear selector failed one day out of warranty and was replaced free of charge as a goodwill repair.
The staff were eager to help & delivered the new car to our home address which was very helpful
The staff I spoke to were very helpful, and had a sense of humour. My mini was returned promptly

This is the second Mini I have bought from the Reading Mini. Kameron's service was second to none, he kept me well informed and got me a fantastic deal.
Whilst my car was unexpectedly off the road the team did everything in their power to ensure that I remained mobile, even with a replacement mini.

Staff (George mainly) are always great with me as this is my 7th Mini, so I am always made to feel part of the family.

When I went to pick my car up which was a month old it had a dent in the door,
Booking easy. Advised how long it would take and this was accurate.
Efficient process and car well presented for collection
Mini garage pick the car and sent back .The suggestion to fill the air conditioning .The valet was done . The reception when I called was much better as last time .I suppose the job is well done .
Process was fairly smooth however there was a slight lack of communication regarding part exchange.
The salesperson (Danielle) was extremely friendly & listened to all I had to say. I felt that she was almost excited for me to be buying a new car. It also arrived quickly & the handover was done with great consideration to explain all the features.
The Sales process including the test drive and information that the Sales person knew was great. I was kept informed and collection was easy and painless. However delivery completely let the side down as the paint was marked on handover.
Very responsive to sort out an urgent fault.

Easy to book, I was kept informed really well, so all was good.
Asked for a full service due to not being confident of the quality of service given by the garage I got it from last year. Not all checks were completed including coolant. Also asked for separate mot and this was initially ignored.
There was nothing wrong in any way with the service I received

I have to phone twice to be able to pay for my service. I was told that my car would be returned to me by 5pm that evening, but it was 6:15 by the time it was returned. As a result I was an hour late to collect my children.

It was near end of tlc extended service plan, red light was on for service. It only received a health check. Now a week after yellow service light on again meaning I now need to pay for a service that should of been included as it had 1 service befor
The service was efficient but the part needed to be ordered hence a days delay in returning the vechicle.
Because everything is explained to you and you know what to expect.

The speed and efficiency was wonderful. The lady I gave the keys to was lovely and helpful. But I have a convertible and someone tried to dry the roof with blue paper, so the entire roof was covered in blue bits that took me forever to brush off
This would have been higher but firstly I'm disappointed that my mini broke down in the first place. To be told that it will take six weeks to fix is disappointing. I have been given a countryman and not a Mini
Very friendly and helpful. All I had to do was drive up and leave my car. They did a full service and my car drove beautifully afterwards.
I was kept waiting for considerable periods on multiple occasions during the process. I assume this is all part of your sales tactics, but it was very tedious !
It took too long to get an appointment.The advice in my video from under my car didn't match the advice I then received over the phone. I spent £180 on having the car re-balanced but the problem is still being experienced: not happy & confused.
