From the entering the dealership to talking to the technician nothing was an issue or a problem. Everyone was very professional which is a breath of fresh air compared with other dealerships
still awaiting for a part what was ordered on the day and meant to be in last Wednesday and I have chased and had no contact from them

too long for the car to be collected repaired/looked at. It took weeks, & the car is only 6 moths old. Surely a lift from the showroom to home which is in the Reading area & the return can't be that difficult, to reduce the waiting time

Very pleased with the air conditioning service and brake fluid service in terms of value and result. Not pleased that I was not contacted for permission to top up oil and replace a parking light so had these unwanted additional costs.

This is the second Mini I have bought from the Reading Mini. Kameron's service was second to none, he kept me well informed and got me a fantastic deal.

Mini garage pick the car and sent back .The suggestion to fill the air conditioning .The valet was done . The reception when I called was much better as last time .I suppose the job is well done .
The Sales process including the test drive and information that the Sales person knew was great. I was kept informed and collection was easy and painless. However delivery completely let the side down as the paint was marked on handover.
Process was fairly smooth however there was a slight lack of communication regarding part exchange.
The salesperson (Danielle) was extremely friendly & listened to all I had to say. I felt that she was almost excited for me to be buying a new car. It also arrived quickly & the handover was done with great consideration to explain all the features.
Very responsive to sort out an urgent fault.

I have to phone twice to be able to pay for my service. I was told that my car would be returned to me by 5pm that evening, but it was 6:15 by the time it was returned. As a result I was an hour late to collect my children.
